RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Second Grain, each bag is handcrafted from reclaimed leather and made in small batches. Because of the nature of our materials and process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at secondgrainleather@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will assess each case individually and work with you to find a fair resolution, whether that's a repair, replacement, or refund.

Please note that natural variations in grain, texture, and colour are not defects — they are the character of reclaimed leather.
